Using the "search" function find the photo you would like to use. Write the photo number on a notepad. If you are using our catalogue, open the page to the photo. Send us by FAX or e-mail the following information; your company name, telephone number, how often you plan to use the photo, the number of the photo you are requesting. Note that there is no designated format to provide us with this information. If you would prefer to contact us by telephone , call us within office hours and our staff will ask you directly for the information required. Office hours are 10:00~18:00 (Sat.& Sun. holiday) If you apply by FAX or e-mail, our staff will call you to confirm your requests. After confirmation of your request we will send you a photo use permission contract. Please read the contract thoroughly and sign and return to us. Upon our receiving your signed photo use permission contact we will send you the photo's you requested.

1. Permission to use photos is not automatically given with the initial application. Such permission is given only after the photo use permission contract has been signed and completed. 2. The price of the photos varies according to the purpose of use, medium to be used, and size of photo digital data. For a rough estimate please refer to the Price section of this web site. Depending on the photo use plan the price may be slightly different. For details regarding price please consult with our staff. 3. You will be asked to pay a cancellation fee if you wish to cancel the use of rented data. 4. Exclusive use of photos and use overseas is not permitted. If for some reason exclusive use and use overseas is requested, please consult with our staff. If use of our photos on an internet site is requested we ask that you consult with our staff. 5. Any changes to the photos; modifications and transformations etc, are not permitted. 6. Please note that depending on the purpose of use or method of use we may refuse to give permission of photo use. Furthermore, changes in the plan for use may be requested form our side. 7. If the use of film is desired instead of digital data, please consult with our staff.
