1. Persons/organizations qualified to become Members Registered Members are limited to registered corporations. Corporations that complete the registration procedures are referred to a "Members". 2. Formal permission to use image data Registered Members are entitled to download watermark data without charge (This data is referred below as "Composition Data"). However, the use of this data is restricted to use in Japan. Data such as images and image data that can be used for the purposes of data service examination and evaluation only is available and fees are charged to the Member user by DOG image. 3. Access information DOG image, in order to fill the needs of our customers, to be able to supply superior contents and to use collected data for statistical analysis, requests that our customers fill out an Access Information Form. In addition, in order to protect the copyrights belonging to DOG image, we maintain surveillance operations to prevent unauthorized access. Concerning the use of personal information, please refer to the Company's Privacy Policy. 4. Exemption from responsibility With regard to our Website services, if obstruction of transmission, or any other circumstances prevent us from providing the said services, DOG image deems itself not responsible for any losses claimed as result of not providing services. DOG image reserves the right to change content or cancel/remove content at any time without notifying Members in advance. 5. Governing laws and jurisdiction If disagreements arise between Members and DOG image concerning the content of these regulations or use of the composition data provided, the governing laws will be the Laws of Japan and the court of jurisdiction will the Tokyo Regional Court.
